Weekend in Bryce Canyon

So I just got back like 2 days ago from spending like 4 days at Bryce Canyon National Park with my family, it was so much fun! At first I wasn't to excited to go because Aaron was supposed to go on this trip with me and my family. So I wasn't really looking forward to it because I thought that it would just be hard to not be with him if you know what I mean. But I went to make my family happy and just because I needed to get away from everything and away from life for a little bit if that's at all possible. But once I got there I was really glad I went and I had a ton of fun. When we first got to Bryce Canyon we went to our camp sight an started to set up our tent. Yes, we slept in a tent, me, my mom, my sister, and my little brother. We were crowded to the max but that made it even more fun and at times frustrating.

Once we got camp all set up, we decided to take a quick nap because we had been up all morning driving and then setting up camp. Well what was supposed to be a quick nap ended up being like 3 hours long lol and we woke up at like 5 pm. So we had to hurry and make dinner because at 8 pm there was a cool astronomy and creatures of the night show that we wanted to go to at the visitors center. For dinner we had a fire and roasted hot dogs over it, they were so yummy. I think that cooking over a fire especially hot dogs makes food 100 times better but that's my opinion.

After dinner we went to the visitors center and saw the presentations which ended being pretty interesting. After the presentation they had big telescopes set up so we went and looked at them, it was so cool. We got to see Venus, Saturn, and some other constellations it was pretty cool. After that it was about midnight and we were exhausted again so we went to sleep and woke up early the next morning to get an early start on hiking.

The first hike we went on was called sunrise hike and then we went to sunset hike. They weren't that hard at all but they were pretty. Then my sister and I went on the Queens Garden Hike, we thought it would only take about like 45 minutes. But it ended up being a longer hike than we thought it would be and it ended up taking a little over an hour. It was a really fun and beautiful hike, even though it was way hot and there wasn't to much shade. But we made it and it was alot of fun. I would do it again if I had the chance.
